We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, most items may be returned under the conditions below.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in original packaging, including all accessories.

Items that are used, installed, damaged, custom-made, or marked final sale are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds may be reduced or denied if items are returned in a condition that does not meet the eligibility requirements.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
